About Navius

Navius is an independent M&A and strategy advisory firm focusing on large and mid-sided companies. We started in 2002 and we have been in the lead in more than 100 M&A transactions since. We make a decisive difference for our clients through concise strategy shaping, convincing equity stories, skilled negotiation strategies and tightly managed deal processes. Navius has offices in the Netherlands and Belgium and closed deals around the world. Deal sizes (EV) vary from 10 to 500 million EUR.

Entrepreneurship

All Navius partners hold active board memberships in several companies and often invested in those companies. We invest our own funds in companies we help grow and scale. As such, we practice what we preach and put our money where our mouth is.

Most of these companies improve the sustainability of the environment and/or the energy transition. Typical area’s where the Navius partners add value are:

  • Definition of strategy and business plan

  • Definition of USP (Unique Selling Proposition) and (value) pricing strategies

  • Recruitment of top people. More often than not, we are involved in describing the job profiles for C-level people and in the interview rounds

  • Counselling on structuring major deals

  • Structuring of any M&A, JV or partnership agreements

We believe that the experience of entrepreneurship makes us better advisers and deal makers and vice versa.
